Mobion Group leases former restaurant Verde to Mikies Boxtel

Cafeteria formula Mikies continues to grow and is moving within Boxtel! Mikies' current location at Clarissenstraat 2 in Boxtel became too small and so Mikies is moving to its new, larger location at Markt 19 in Boxtel. After a thorough renovation, Mikies opens a brand new cafeteria of approximately 223 m² LFA.

Mikies calls itself a real village formula, with above-average attention to its social function and making a personal chat with its clients. Besides good food, they also feel responsible for providing a (neighborhood) meeting place.

A long-term and market-based rental agreement has been agreed between landlord and tenant. Mobion Group thanks Ad Janse of Klaassen Horecamakelaardij for the successful conclusion of the lease.

Moreover, Mobion Group wishes tenant Mikies lots of fun and success with her new restaurant in the village center of Boxtel.
