Skins opens boutique store in Leiden

Skins opens a new store at Haarlemmerstraat 126 in Leiden. The first boutique was opened in Amsterdam's Runstraat. There are now twenty branches in the Netherlands, Belgium and South Africa. This branch further strengthens the rental relationship between Skins and Mobion Group.

The new branch is large 237 m² GFA and located on the main shopping street of Leiden, with the most important national and international brands nearby. After a renovation of the storefront and interior construction, Skins will open its new boutique in the second quarter of 2025.

After the arrival of Siebel, downtown Leiden strikes a new blow with the arrival of Skins. The lease transaction was realized between Mobion Group and Skins, with the support of its advisor Olivier Waaijer of New Interest Real Estate.
